Questions
How do I get my order?
Check out here and choose free pickup at Jazz's Wonderland (4122 NW 128th Terrace, Gainesville). Is your pup staying with us? Add your pup's name and the date in the order note, and we'll have it ready at pickup, or give it to your pup during the stay.
What's in the cookies?
Wheat, corn and soy free. Made with simple ingredients like rye flour, oats, molasses and peanut butter (each cookie is a little different). Our cookies contain peanuts and milk, and are made in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts, gluten, eggs, wheat and soy. Ask us for the full ingredient list of any cookie. They are treats, not meals: for small pups, share in pieces.
How long do they stay fresh?
Up to 3 months in the fridge, or up to 1 year in the freezer.
Can I order something custom?
Our cookies come just as you see them, so we don't take custom orders. New designs arrive every month and every season.
