Concierge Veterinary Services for Dogs in Gainesville, FL
Concierge Veterinary Services at Jazz’s Wonderland
At Jazz’s Wonderland, we’re always looking for ways to make life easier for our pet parents. That’s why our Jazz’s family has expanded to include partnerships with trusted local veterinary providers: Tobias Veterinary Services, Newberry Animal Hospital and The Veterinary Center at Hunter’s Crossing.
With these partnerships, your pup can conveniently receive vaccines or a fecal test update right here during their daycare, boarding stay, or grooming appointment — giving you an all-in-one solution for your pet’s care.
How It Works
-
Scheduling
If your dog has not been seen by the listed vets before, Jazz’s will help set up their chart with the vet, schedule the appointment, and process payment.
-
Invoice
The vet’s invoice will be added directly to your pup’s Jazz’s Wonderland invoice, so everything is handled in one place.
-
Jazz's Service Fee
There is a one-time fee of $30 to create the first appointment if your dog is a new patient of either one of the listed clinics. For any established patients our scheduling fee is $20
For any follow-up or future appointments, we charge a $20 scheduling fee. Owners are responsible for both the veterinary invoice and the Jazz’s fee ( $30 for first-time setup or $20 for established patients). -
Additional Fees
Tail Taxi: $30 for transport of a dog or fecal sample (covers up to a 1-hour appointment). Each additional hour at the vet = $15/hour staff wait fee.
Staff Companion Fee: $20 per day (if a pup must be separated from the play group, covers the cost of having an assigned staff member care exclusively for them).
Important Notes
⚠️ Tobias Vet is our preferred option since they come on-site, which reduces liability. If they are unavailable, we will transport your pet to Newberry Animal Hospital’s 39th Avenue location or to The Vet at Hunter’s Crossing. Tail Taxi fee applies to when dog or samples from the dog need to be dropped off at the vet.
⚠️ Please note: If a pup arrives outdated on vaccines or without a current fecal test, they will be separated from group play until cleared by the vet. During that time, a designated staff member will provide one-on-one care, play, and enrichment.
⚠️ Not a replacement for your primary vet: All pets should continue to have a dedicated primary care veterinarian who oversees their overall health and wellness.
⚠️ Optional service: Using Tobias Veterinary Services, Newberry Animal Hospital or The Veterinary at Hunter’s Crossing through Jazz’s is not required. It’s simply available if your dog needs something during their stay.
⚠️ This added service means less running around, fewer appointments to juggle, and more peace of mind knowing your pup is safe, healthy, and cared for — all under one roof.
⚠️ Consent to Share Information: By choosing this service, owners agree that Jazz’s Wonderland may share their contact information and their pet’s health history (including vaccine records) with the veterinarian clinic. This ensures the vet has the necessary details to provide safe, accurate, and complete care.
